What is the raw material source for your potato spirit?
We use only non-GMO potatoes and potato-derived raw materials sourced from certified, sustainable Polish farms and processing facilities . Alquora is the only facility in Poland that manages the entire lifecycle—fermentation, distillation, and purification—on a single site. This “single-origin” model ensures total control over the potato spirit’s sensory consistency from batch to batch.
How does potato neutral spirit compare to grain spirit in the US market?
It’s all about the mouthfeel. While grain spirits are common, potato spirit is prized by American craft distillers for its silkier, creamier texture and a much smoother finish. Additionally, it is inherently gluten-free. While US regulations now allow many spirits to claim “gluten-free,” potato-based spirits carry a “natural” premium that resonates deeply with health-conscious American consumers.

What is the difference between your Raw and Neutral (ENS) potato spirits?
Think of raw potato spirit as the “distiller’s base”—it is distilled but not yet fully rectified, perfect for producers who want to finish the spirit in-house. Our Neutral Potato Spirit (Extra Neutral Spirit) is purified above to 190 Proof (95% ABV), offering an ultra-clean profile that meets the highest standards for clarity and neutrality while retaining that signature potato silkiness.
Do you provide 190 Proof (95% ABV) spirits?
Yes. We specialize in 190 Proof potato spirit, but we can also standardize to 158 Proof (79% ABV) or any other specific strength your recipe requires. We use high-purity osmotic water for all standardization to ensure no minerals interfere with your flavor profile.
What are the primary uses for potato neutral spirit?
While it’s the gold standard for ultra-premium clear vodkas, its neutral, creamy profile makes it a perfect canvas for:

Yes. Our spirit is crafted from 100% potatoes, which are naturally gluten-free root vegetables. Unlike grain-based spirits (derived from wheat, barley, or rye), there is no gluten introduced at any stage of our raw material sourcing.
